Who we are

Outstanding AI ("Outstanding AI", "we", "us") runs the website outstandingai.video, an independent tool that turns one photo into a short AI-generated video clip. You can reach us at support@outstandingai.video.

What we collect

1. Account information — your email address, name and sign-in method when you create an account.
2. Photos you upload — the image you choose to generate a clip. A photo of a face is personal data; we use it only to generate your clip.
3. Generated clips and job records — the videos we create for you, the settings you chose (model, quality, length, format), and whether the job succeeded or failed.
4. Orders and credits — what you bought, the amount, and your credit balance. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; we never see or store full card numbers.
5. Usage and device data — pages visited, approximate country, device and browser type, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
6. Analytics and cookies — if you accept analytics, we record how you use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, steps of the upload → sign-in → purchase journey, how you arrived — for example from a TikTok link) in our own database and in Google Analytics 4, using an anonymous identifier. We also record, without cookies, the key events of your account: sign-up, sign-in, purchases and generation jobs (see "Cookies" below).

What we do with it

• Provide the service: generate your clip, store it for you, keep your credit balance and process payments.
• Keep the service safe: detect fraud, abuse and uploads that break our rules.
• Support you: answer your messages and send service notices (for example about your account or an order).
• Tell you about offers: occasionally email you about Outstanding AI offers and discounts (see "Emails we send").
• Improve the product: understand which pages and features are used.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos or clips to train AI models, and we do not build face-recognition databases.

Who processes your data

We use these providers to run Outstanding AI. They only receive what they need:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and file storage. Receives all data we store, in encrypted storage.
• kie.ai and the AI model providers behind it (such as MiniMax and ByteDance) — generate your clip. They receive your photo (through a short-lived private link) and the generation settings, and process it under their own terms.
• Stripe — payments. Receives your email and payment details, entered on Stripe's own page.
• Google (Analytics) — usage statistics. Receives pseudonymous usage data and cookie identifiers.
• Resend — sends our emails. Receives your email address and the content of the email.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

Emails we send

• Service emails about your account, orders and clips. These are part of the service and are sent while your account is open.
• Offer emails about Outstanding AI only (for example a limited-time discount on credit packs), sent occasionally to the email address on your account. We never share your address with other companies for their marketing.

Every offer email says how to stop them: reply "unsubscribe" (or "baja"), or write to support@outstandingai.video. We stop sending offers to that address within 10 days. Service emails continue while your account is open.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: stored privately and deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Generated clips: available in "My clips" for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Download what you want to keep.
• Account, order and credit records: kept while your account is open and for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention.
• Analytics data: our own event data is kept for up to 13 months; Google Analytics keeps data for the period set in its settings (never more than 14 months).

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see "Your rights").

Security

Photos and clips are stored privately and are not publicly accessible; they are shared with the AI provider only through short-lived links created for your job. Connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK, California and other regions), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@outstandingai.video from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

We ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies. If you accept, we set an anonymous identifier and a first-visit cookie (how you arrived, kept up to 90 days) and use Google Analytics cookies; if you decline, none are set and we send no analytics from your browser. We also use cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. Account events (sign-up, sign-in, purchases, generation jobs) are recorded as part of running the service. We never put your photos, email address or IP address into analytics events.

Children

Outstanding AI is for people aged 18 or over. Do not upload photos of children. If you believe a child's data has been submitted, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you through the service.
